Bike Riding

  • Take a bike ride to your family devotion location one week.

  • Go to a park with bikes and have devotions there.

  • Combine a bike trip with a scavenger hunt of items in God's creation.

Bountiful Baking

  • How is food related to the passage for the week?

  • Have someone other than the cook initiate some praises for meals.

  • Discuss how meal time can be improved.

  • This would be a good time for the cook to provide some special treats, perhaps even preparing items to be frozen for the future or for gifts.

  • The family can share in a couple evenings of baking and sharing.

  • Invite guests to join you for a family devotion evening late in the month. Prepare one of your favorite events to include. Perhaps include them in some team events by pairing each guest up with a family member.
