Hats and Musical Chairs

  • Use two or three hats for a centerpiece based on job descriptions of family members

  • Have each one bring a hat, or make a hat to bring to the family time and tell how it relates to them. Pray for each individual.

  • Trade hats and ask the new possessor of the hat to keep it for a week and think about how it relates to its owner. Have them make observations of and pray for the owner during the week. Share results of observations the next week. You may want to repeat the process with different hats the following two weeks.
